What Are Your Opening Hours?

We are open Tuesday - Friday from 7am to 3pm and Saturday from 8am to Midday. Our bakery is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Please bear in mind that during quiet periods we may close early.

Ordering

How Much Notice Do You Require?

We require 2 days' notice. However, you can order several months in advance. In any case, you can choose the delivery/collection time at the checkout. If you need a cake at short notice, get in touch and we'll see what we can do.

For wedding cakes, we recommend ordering at least 3 months in advance. However, depending on how busy we are, we may have availability at much shorter notice.

Brownies can be ordered for next-day delivery. Delivery for brownies is available Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. However, you can also choose a delivery date several months in advance.

How Do I Place An Order

We take all orders via the website, this process has been designed to be as simple and easy as possible, you simply:

  1. Select your product, add it to the cart.
  2. Choose your delivery or collect date
  3. Pay securely via debit or credit card. You will receive an order confirmation via email once the order has been placed.

Storage?

We recommend storing your cake or brownies in the fridge and taking them out a few hours before you plan to serve them to allow them to come up to room temperature.

Shelf Life?

All our cakes will keep for 5 days after delivery/collection, with the exception of cakes containing fresh fruit, which should be eaten within 2 days.

Our brownies and cookies will also keep for around 5 days and will have a "use by" date on the box.

Can I Cancel My Order?

You may, for any reason, cancel or postpone your order. A full refund will be given for cancellations made up to 5 days before your order is due. Cancellations made within 5 days of your order due date will not be refunded.

Allergy information?

Allergens for each product are clearly listed at the bottom of the product page for your cake, brownie, cookie, or cupcake, in the allergy information section.

Can I Include A Message Or Gift Note?

For most cakes, you can add a piped message on top for £5. For brownies and cookies, we offer a handwritten gift card free of charge. You’ll be able to select your message option when placing your order.

Do You Make Custom Cakes?

Yes, we do! In addition to the non-custom cake options available on our website, we can also create any cake you can imagine. Simply send us a message through the website to discuss your ideas.

Delivery & Collection

Do You Deliver?

We offer FREE delivery on all orders over £40 to the majority of Sussex, click here to see our delivery postcodes.

We also offer nationwide delivery for our brownies and cookies.

Can I Choose a Delivery Date?

You will be able to choose a delivery/collection date at the checkout when you place your order.

What Time Will My Order Be Delivered?

For Cakes: After choosing your delivery date, you will either be able to choose our free all-day delivery or a paid-for delivery time of your choosing. If you choose the free delivery option, you will receive an email and SMS the day before with your allocated delivery time slot and tracking information.

For Brownies: We use Royal Mail for brownie and cookie delivery. This can be any time between 8am and 6pm.

Can I Collect?

You can collect any of our products, including wedding cakes from our Hove bakery.

What Time Can I Collect?

You will be able to choose a collection time when you place your order. It is important that you collect as close to this time as possible as we may either be closed or still preparing your order.

What If There's Something Wrong With My Order?

If there is a problem with the product that you have received you must take a photo immediately and get in touch, we require a photo to determine how the issue may have occurred and who is at fault, without a photo this can not be determined and we will not take responsibility for any issue that has occurred.

Do You Provide Order Tracking?

For all products: customers can choose a delivery or collection date at checkout. If collecting, you must select a specific time, and no further correspondence will follow after the confirmation email.

For cake deliveries: a 1-hour delivery window is provided the day before via email and SMS.

For brownie & cookie deliveries: you'll receive a Royal Mail tracking number the day before your chosen delivery date.
