Shipping policy

Local delivery: our own drivers deliver Tuesday to Saturday across selected postcodes in Sussex, Surrey and London. Delivery is £6, or free on orders over £60. If you need it early, you can pay a little extra for a morning delivery at checkout. The day before, we'll email and text you a 2 hour delivery window.

Nationwide delivery: brownies and cookies can be sent anywhere in the UK by Royal Mail. Postage is £4, or free on orders over £60.

Collection: you can collect any order from our bakery at Unit 9, Victoria Business Centre, 43 Victoria Road, Burgess Hill, RH15 9LR.

You choose your delivery or collection date at checkout. Most cakes need 2 days' notice. To check what we can deliver to you, visit our delivery page.

If no one is in when we deliver, we'll try to call you. We may then leave your order in a safe place or with a neighbour, or bring it back to the bakery for you to collect. We can't redeliver. Full details are in our Terms and Conditions.
