We use our own delivery vans for local deliveries across selected postcodes in Sussex, Surrey and London. You will be able to choose an available delivery date at checkout after adding your item to the cart.
You will receive a 2-hour delivery window the day before delivery, along with live tracking so you can see how far away our driver is.
If we are unable to deliver your order through no fault of our own, we may return it to our Burgess Hill bakery for collection, either the same day or the following day. We will not attempt to redeliver.
Where there is a suitable location, we may leave the order in a safe place. We will always use our judgement to make sure this is appropriate for the product, weather and location.
Reasons we may be unable to deliver include, but are not limited to:
- You have not provided a complete or accurate delivery address.
- There is no one available to receive the order.
- You have not provided instructions for leaving the order in a safe place or with a neighbour.
- We cannot safely access the property or delivery location.
In all cases, we will attempt to contact you by phone first. If we cannot reach you, we may send a text message.
Failed deliveries are extremely rare. We successfully deliver the vast majority of orders within the delivery window provided.
Nationwide delivery is ONLY available for our samples, brownies and cookies. These are sent via Royal Mail, and you can choose your delivery date at checkout.
We offer Royal Mail 24 Tracked for deliveries. Although this is a next-day service, it is not guaranteed, and in rare circumstances, your order may arrive the following day. If you need your delivery for a specific date, we recommend choosing a delivery date one day earlier, just in case.
Brownies and cookies will be dispatched the day before your chosen delivery date.
Delivery is free for nationwide orders over £60. For orders under £60, the same Royal Mail 24 Tracked service applies.
Please ensure your delivery details are correct. We cannot be held liable if you provide incorrect or incomplete delivery information, or if you are unable to receive the delivery.
Collection is currently only available from our Burgess Hill bakery. The address is Unit 9, Victoria Business Centre, 43 Victoria Road, Burgess Hill, RH15 9LR. Follow the red line on the map below to find us — we're tucked behind the Victoria Road Business Centre, through the gate on the right.
