Allergen and 'Free From' Policy

At Harry Batten, we take allergies and dietary requirements seriously. When contacting us, it is essential that you clearly state whether your dietary request is due to an allergy or a personal preference. This helps us to take the appropriate precautions regarding your order.

All our cakes are made in the same kitchen where allergens are present. Although we take great care to minimise the risk of cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are completely free from allergens.

We offer ‘Free From’ products which are either **Vegan** or **Gluten Friendly** (made without gluten-containing ingredients). Nuts will only be present if you have selected a flavour that contains nuts, such as Maple & Pecan or Ferrero Rocher for eg, or if your cake includes macarons as decoration. Please note, as with all allergens, we produce nut-based products in the same kitchen, so there is still a risk of cross-contamination, although we take every precaution necessary to reduce this risk.

Allergens present in our kitchen include: wheat, egg, milk, soya, nitrates, tree nuts, and peanuts.
