Please Note: Fondant decorations may contain wire for support and should NOT be eaten.

Delivery & Collection Information
Order Times

We offer FREE delivery on all orders over £45 to the majority of Sussex, click here to see our delivery postcodes.

You will be able to choose a delivery/collection date at the checkout when you place your order.

After choosing your delivery date, you will either be able to choose our free all-day delivery or a paid-for delivery time of your choosing. If you choose the free delivery option, you will receive an email and SMS the day before with your allocated delivery time slot.

You can collect any of our products, including wedding cakes from our Hove bakery.

You will be able to order your cake via the website for delivery or collection within 48hrs, your cake will be freshly made to order and last for 5 days after delivery (shelf life time will be shorter if the cake contains fresh fruit)

You can place an order up to 6 months in advance on the website.

Storage

We recommend storing your cake in the fridge (ideally in its box) and allowing it to come up to room temperature before serving.

When transporting your in the car, its best in the boot or the footwell, make sure it stays level. Hold the cake box from underneath and do not press the sides of the box.

How Do I Place An Order?

We take all orders via the website, this process has been designed to be as simple and easy as possible, you simply:

  1. Select your product, add it to the cart.
  2. Choose your delivery date for cakes or your dispatch date for nationwide delivery or collection date for any product.
  3. Pay securely via debit or credit card. You will receive an order confirmation via email once the order has been placed.
What is the shelf life of your bakes?

All our cakes will keep for 5 days after delivery/collection, with the exception of cakes containing fresh fruit, which should be eaten within 2 days.

Our brownies and cookies will also keep for around 5 days and will have a "use by" date on the box.
Can you do a custom cake?

Yes, we do! In addition to the non-custom cake options available on our website, we can also create any cake you can imagine. Simply send us a message through the website to discuss your ideas.
How much notice do you require?

We require 2 days' notice. However, you can order several months in advance. In any case, you can choose the delivery/collection time at the checkout. If you need a cake at short notice, get in touch and we'll see what we can do.

For wedding cakes, we recommend ordering at least 3 months in advance. However, depending on how busy we are, we may have availability at much shorter notice.

Brownies can be ordered for next-day delivery. Delivery for brownies is available Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. However, you can also choose a delivery date several months in advance.
