1. Eligibility
- Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
- Entry is free.
- To enter, participants must sign up to our email mailing list using the official form provided above, you must complete the form on this page, and not our general mailing list sign up found on other pages
- One entry per person.

2. How to Enter
- Enter by completing the sign-up form before 25 November 2025 at 23:59 GMT.
- Entries received after this time will not be counted.

3. Prizes
- Grand Prize: Two cakes and one box of cookies, and a year’s supply of brownies (one box per month for 12 months).
- Runner-up prizes available
- No cash alternative is available.
- Prizes are non-transferable.

4. Winner Selection & Notification
- Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.
- Winners will be contacted via email within a few days of the competition closing.
- If a winner does not respond within 72 hours, we reserve the right to select a new winner.

5. Prize Collection/Delivery
- The winner may choose any date for delivery or collection of their prize, subject to availability and standard notice periods.
- We can deliver within our delivery radius (Sussex, Surrey and South London), if you are outside of this radius you will need to collect. Collection takes place from Harry Batten in Burgess Hill, unless otherwise arranged.

-The winning prize can be split into smaller prizes if you would like to have your winnings spread out over a longer period (up to 12 months).

6. Mailing List
- By entering, participants agree to join our email mailing list.
- Participants may unsubscribe at any time after the giveaway ends.

7. General
- Harry Batten Cakes reserves the right to amend or cancel the giveaway at any time.
- By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
- This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta (Facebook or Instagram).
