CHOOSE DELIVERY/COLLECTION DATE AND TIME AT CHECKOUT

This elegant formal wedding cake is covered in our signature Italian buttercream, finished to a smooth texture with delicate piped details and beautiful silk flowers. We hand-make all our wedding cakes to order in our Sussex bakery, with a wide range of flavours and fillings available. For this cake, we offer personalisation in the form of different coloured buttercream for each tier, along with flowers in a range of colours and styles – from formal and elegant to wildflowers or foliage.  

Each tier is approximately 5” high

You can specify your colour scheme in the personalisation box above, please note, if you do not specify a colour scheme, we will create the cake as per the image above.

Please note: Our three-tier cakes are supplied with a central support column, which keeps the cake upright while it is being delivered. As the support column goes in last, it leaves a small 1 cm hole in the top of the cake that we disguise with flowers (or fruit depending on the cake you've ordered) so it is not visible. However, if you are not having any decoration on top of your cake, please let us know so we can supply a bit of extra icing to cover the hole after the cake has been delivered.

2 Tier cake (8" on the bottom and 6" stacked on top) - approximately 22-32 portions
Personalisation

We can customise the colour of the buttercream and flowers, you just need to specify in the customisation box what you'd like.

Delivery & Collection Information
Order Times

If you are having your wedding cake delivered to the venue, we recommend having it delivered on the day. All wedding cakes are delivered before any guests arrive, we will not deliver the cake after guests have arrived so if you are choosing a specific delivery time, make sure that is taken into account.

You can order with as little as 48hrs notice however we would recommend placing your order around 6 months before your wedding to avoid disappointment.

We sometimes have last minute slots available so if you find your self in a bind, let us know and we'll see what we can do.

Storage

If your collecting your wedding cake its best transported in the boot of a reasonably sized car, make sure it stays level. Hold the cake box from underneath and do not press the sides of the box.

We recommend storing your cake in the fridge (ideally in its box) before putting it out on display.

For a 2 tier cake the box size will be 10” x 10” x 15” (LxWxH).

For a 3 tier cake the box size will be 12” x 12” x 20” (LxWxH).

FAQ's

How Do I Place An Order?

We take all orders via the website, this process has been designed to be as simple and easy as possible, you simply:

  1. Select your product, add it to the cart.
  2. Choose your delivery date for cakes or your dispatch date for nationwide delivery or collection date for any product.
  3. Pay securely via debit or credit card. You will receive an order confirmation via email once the order has been placed.
What is the shelf life of your bakes?

All our cakes will keep for 5 days after delivery/collection, with the exception of cakes containing fresh fruit, which should be eaten within 2 days.

Our brownies and cookies will also keep for around 5 days and will have a "use by" date on the box.
Can you do a custom cake?

Yes, we do! In addition to the non-custom cake options available on our website, we can also create any cake you can imagine. Simply send us a message through the website to discuss your ideas.
How much notice do you require?

We require 2 days' notice. However, you can order several months in advance. In any case, you can choose the delivery/collection time at the checkout. If you need a cake at short notice, get in touch and we'll see what we can do.

For wedding cakes, we recommend ordering at least 3 months in advance. However, depending on how busy we are, we may have availability at much shorter notice.

Brownies can be ordered for next-day delivery. Delivery for brownies is available Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. However, you can also choose a delivery date several months in advance.
