Should you not specify a colour scheme, your cake will be crafted to echo the classic style depicted above, delivering an understated yet stylish appearance. Each tier measures approximately 5” in height, providing a commanding and graceful presence on your wedding table.
Please note: Our three-tier cakes are constructed with a central support column to ensure stability during transit. This support creates a discreet 1 cm hole on the cake’s top, which is artfully concealed with flowers or fruit based on your decoration selection. If you prefer no decoration on top, please advise us so we can apply additional icing to cover the hole seamlessly after delivery.

To request a refund, simply contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide your order number along with a brief description of the issue. We may ask for a photo so we can understand what went wrong and improve our service.
Refunds apply to all products, including cakes, brownies, cookies, and seasonal items. Once approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5–7 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’ll always do our best to make things right.

How Do I Place An Order?
We take all orders via the website, this process has been designed to be as simple and easy as possible, you simply:
- Select your product, add it to the cart.
- Choose your delivery date for cakes or your dispatch date for nationwide delivery or collection date for any product.
- Pay securely via debit or credit card. You will receive an order confirmation via email once the order has been placed.
What is the shelf life of your bakes?
All our cakes will keep for 5 days after delivery/collection, with the exception of cakes containing fresh fruit, which should be eaten within 2 days.
Our brownies and cookies will also keep for around 5 days and will have a "use by" date on the box.
Can you do a custom cake?
Yes, we do! In addition to the non-custom cake options available on our website, we can also create any cake you can imagine. Simply send us a message through the website to discuss your ideas.
How much notice do you require?
We require 2 days' notice. However, you can order several months in advance. In any case, you can choose the delivery/collection time at the checkout. If you need a cake at short notice, get in touch and we'll see what we can do.
For wedding cakes, we recommend ordering at least 3 months in advance. However, depending on how busy we are, we may have availability at much shorter notice.
Brownies can be ordered for next-day delivery. Delivery for brownies is available Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. However, you can also choose a delivery date several months in advance.
