Harry Batten has been producing wedding cakes on a national and international level for a number of years. Creating unique designs for a range of clients and venues, from 5 star hotels to cosy pubs - we’re recognised as one of the leading wedding cake makers in the South East.
The process of ordering a wedding cake starts with a consultation; where we can come up with designs to suit your budget. This is usually done in person, however if this is not convenient, We can also provide consultations via phone or email. We will create a selection of samples for you to try so you can find the perfect flavour, or combination of flavours for your wedding. If you’re not local, we can send the samples in the post. We can also make our cakes vegan, gluten, dairy and nut free, however all our cakes are made in the same kitchen so there will be a risk of cross contamination. Consequently, we cannot guarantee that the cakes are 100% safe if you suffer from an allergy.
Book an appointmentDelivery is free within certain areas, this covers the following areas: Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill, Lewes, East Grinstead, Crawley, Brighton, Hove, Horsham, Rottingdean, Worthing. Collection from our Bakery in Hove is also available. Some larger cakes will require us to assemble after delivery which can take up to an hour, so please bear this in mind when arranging a delivery time.
